In Hampton, a Federation-style residence underwent an extensive renovation to optimise its space and cater to the requirements of its residents. The objective was to establish a family-centric atmosphere featuring expansive bedrooms, two distinct living spaces, a designated study area, a luxurious master suite complete with a walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom, as well as ample storage options. Despite initial contemplation of adding a second story, meticulous space management facilitated the fulfillment of all necessities on a single level, allowing for the creation of a spacious garden, a swimming pool, and an outdoor entertainment area. Through deliberate design selections and strategic repurposing of existing areas, the dwelling now offers a seamless fusion of practicality and relaxation for its inhabitants.
